You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VoicePulse for any unlawful purpose
• Collect voice data without the consent of respondents
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Your Content

You retain ownership of the surveys you create and the responses you collect. By using VoicePulse, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service (e.g., transcription and analysis).

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within our 14-day money-back guarantee period for paid plans.

Limitation of Liability

VoicePulse is provided “as is.” We do our best to maintain uptime and accuracy, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VoicePulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
